We collect the following information when you use Sentiint AI:

• Name and email address
• Quiz scores and responses
• Discussion messages and posts
• Chat messages with AI assistants
• Session data (login times, duration, pages visited)
• Usage analytics (features used, interaction patterns)

How We Use Your Data

• Delivering interactive educational content (classrooms, quizzes, discussions)
• Providing analytics and engagement data to professors
• Improving the platform and user experience
• Processing billing for professor accounts

AI Processing

Student interactions are processed by AI services (Anthropic/Claude, OpenAI/GPT-4o+TTS, Google/Gemini) to power interactive learning. These providers process data in real-time and do not use it for model training. Usage metadata (token counts, model used) is logged; message content is not stored by Sentiint AI after processing.

Data Sharing

We do not sell student data. Data is shared only with:

• AI providers (as described above) for content generation and interaction
• Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) for platform delivery
• Payment processor (Stripe) for professor billing only — no student data is shared with Stripe

Data Retention

Activity logs and session data are currently retained indefinitely. We are building tools to allow data deletion on request.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (email privacy@sentiint.ai)

Children's Privacy

Sentiint AI is designed for higher education (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, in compliance with COPPA.
